Sad to be leaving our belvoir property

We recently moved out of our flat we was renting with Belvoir and the experience from the start to the end has been amazing. When we first viewed the flat just over a year ago with Tracey we felt she was very professional and a lovely lady. We decided to take it that same day and all the staff that helped us through the renting process were amazing and made it go very quickly and smoothly. The flat itself was immaculate when we moved and the whole time we was there if we had an issue with anything Belvoir was only a call away and their service was always outstanding. We decided to move as we wanted somewhere a little bigger and we’re now renting with another company but only because they had what we was looking for at the time of moving but I can say we’re missing Belvoir and there outstanding customer service. The check out with Jo Jones went smoothly and I have to say very fast. She was very fair and we’re happy to say that we’re getting our full deposit back :-) She kept us up to date with the report and the next steps. I highly recommend Belvoir and it’s been a pleasure renting with them , if we ever move again we will definitely have our fingers crossed we can rent with them again. From the outset, Carole and Tracey have been professional, honest, helpful and courteous. They dealt with any questions we posed on the same day, were proficient with handling potential problems, and nothing was considered too much trouble or minor. I would highly recommend Belvoir as Letting Agents, I feel supported!

Belvoir were fantastic from start to finish with the sale of our property in Basingstoke. They marketed our property excellently and the agents that showed prospective buyers around were so professional, friendly and were able to achieve a quick sale for us. After the sale was agreed, our move manager Natalie was brilliant in guiding us through the process and ensuring all sides kept moving from solicitors to buyers and the onward chain. I honestly don’t think our move would’ve happened anywhere near as quick if it wasn’t for Natalie chasing things up. Brilliant service. 100% recommend and would definitely use Belvoir again in the future.
