I contacted Ewemove in early March for a free valuation and interest in selling my home and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received from Grant at the Basingstoke office. Unfortunately I could not go ahead with using Ewemove due to shared ownership processes and a commitment to the housing association, however if this had not been the case I would have proceeded to sell my home through Ewemove and would recommend them to potential sellers.

Mark was really helpful throughout what was a long process. We had several issues along the way but he kept us informed at every stage and was always at the end of a phone when we needed to discuss things. We chose Robert and EWE Move Basingstoke, as we had seen many houses in the area had been for sale with other agents and then after a few months had swapped to EWE Move, then we would see the sold signs soon after. From initial contact Robert was very responsive, and professional. We were given a very detailed report explaining how they ascertain the correct price to list, which you could tell had time and experience put in to it so we decided do use this recommendation. We had 7 viewings in the first 9 days and these were carefully scheduled together so to cause us minimum disturbance. Of these 7 viewings we had 5 offers, 2 of these were above the asking price, we accepted one and 4 weeks later we are now in our new home.
