Excellent service from all the team at Ewemove especially from Mark and Grant. Mark provided first class service even after our move was completed. He eliminated all the stress that usually comes with a house move. Queries answered very promptly with an added personal touch. In my opinion, by far the best estate agent .

Thanks to Mark Holmes who made our first home purchase such a breeze. Mark helped us every step of the way and was very quick to deal with us from initial enquiry (out of hours) and always kept up to date up until we opened the front door. We honestly cannot fault the service from EweMove Basingstoke, and Mark Holmes who looked after us from the minute the viewing was booked, until move date and beyond. Having booked an appt via the 24hr online chat at 6.30pm Saturday(To my surprise, a real person responding, taking basic info to pass on) I had a courtesy call within 10 mins from Mark, who had read the transcript of the chat, and rang to introduce himself, and tweak the time to suit us better. The valuation process a couple of days later, was simple, set expectations, and gave tips on how to present our 'house' not 'home' for sale, by removing personal stuff so buyers could visualise it as their own. Mark handled everything, from arranging the photo, video and drone shoot 3 days later, to the 2 open days the following week. All we had to do was make the house look lovely, and go out and leave the hard work to him. A Whatsapp group was set up to keep us in the picture and for us to ask anything we wanted, literally whenever we wanted. There were 9 viewings, 4 offers and a very quick acceptance. Mark literally took over from that point. Throughout the process, he was always totally aware of what stage we were at, was constantly on the phone or messaging the Solicitors, other parties/solicitors involved in the chain, and able to keep us calm in the latter stages when there were the inevitable delays or hiccups with searches or other parties. Mark had always said that whatever time we needed to message him, if he could answer straight away, then he would, if not as soon as possible. We really didn't expect literally an 'all hours' service, but sometimes needed to message late evening ready for the next day if we were going to be working. Invariably, we got an answer straight away. There were delays right up to completion due to other parties in the chain, and exchange really was 11th hour, but again, Mark was 'on it', chasing everyone and keeping us in the picture. He really lived through every moment of this move with us, and we had quite a lot of banter & humour along the way to relieve the stress. We always felt like we were his No 1 priority & truly believe if it hadn't been for Marks efforts, chasing up the other parties, this move might never have come to fruition. When comparing this moving experience with previous experiences with High Street or online agencies either as a buyer or seller, there really is no comparision. I would 100% recommend Ewemove as a company - their ethic of looking at what service people actually need and delivering exactly that, rather than the traditional High Street 9-5 service which means they are not available when the normal working person wants them, is priceless. For anyone in the Basingstoke area, if you have Mark Holmes looking after you, you can have every confidence that you will be in very safe hands, knowing that he is keeping things moving in the right direction from day 1 until move date and beyond.
