Grant handled the sale very well. He set up a WhatsApp group so he, my husband and I could communicate speedily, which was a great help in getting queries answered quickly. He was also quick to respond to our requests. The property was marketed well and we got a lot of offers from the ‘Open house’ viewing day, which meant the sale was able to progress quickly. A great job.

Mark was brilliant - Non patronising or smarmy, was honest with what he thought out house could sell for and also gave us local market information to back up his opinion. Our house sold within 2 weeks of being on the market and we didn't even need an open house. Our buyer is absolutely lovely (not that it really matters, but even so - it's nice to think the birds will still be fed and the hedgehogs will still have a home!) and we're so happy with how Mark supported us throughout the entire process.
