Where do we start?! This company are absolutely incredible! We were not expecting to sell, we were just interested in a valuation as we are due to get married in March. However Mark and his team made us feel so at ease and told us that we could easily do it. I was very anxious about this as it thought it was too much to take on. Not only did Mark answer his phone at stupid o clock at night/morning to me because I kept worrying about things he made the whole process so smooth. We actually went on holiday, yes left the country and left our keys with this company/Mark because we trusted them that much. To our amazement, 12 days into the selling process while we were driving along the Greek roads we get a call... Mark has not only got us a few viewings, but he has SOLD our house... 12 days?!!! I never give reviews because of my busy lifestyle but honestly would take a whole day out of my schedule to review this amazing company! I can’t recommend EweMove, and Mark in particular, enough. After failing to sell my house with two other high street agents, EweMove successfully sold it in a few weeks. Mark was honest, responsive to questions/queries and incredibly helpful with not only my sale but also trying to find me something to buy. He was so friendly, confident (but not in an off-putting way!), and reassuring. We recently sold our property in Tadley with James Cramp at EweMove and could not be happier with his level of service. From the start he was polite, professional and friendly. The pictures he took of the house were of an amazingly high standard. By far the biggest benefit of working with James was his availability. His being contactable evenings and weekends meant when an offer came in on a Saturday evening or Sunday morning it could be discussed and progressed immediately. Contrasting this with the frustration of waiting for other estate agents to open on a Monday morning was striking. We hit quite a few snags in our property sale and purchase, but he always went out of his way to solve any problems even though they arose elsewhere on the chain. Overall couldn't be happier and would highly recommend!
