I would not hesitate to recommend EweMove basingstoke! Mark did a fantastic job at selling my house quickly & making the whole process from putting it on the market to completing as stress free & speedy as possible. He goes that extra mile & kept us in the loop the whole time, communicating well between buyers, sellers & solicitors. We are now buying a house through ewemove which is lovely as know that Mark will go above & beyond to make it as smooth a process as possible. I would highly recommend these guys again & again, they know their stuff & are genuine & passionate about their jobs.

Mark and Rob have restored our faith in estate agents and I honestly can’t recommend them enough!! Ewe Move really understand that selling properties in the 21st century requires a different approach and they did a fabulous job. Rob took ownership of selling our house right from the beginning, advising us room by room on how to present the house to its’ best advantage for the open day, for which a good level of viewings was generated. We had a number of offers within a few weeks and Rob secured an excellent and fair price for the market conditions, with which we were delighted. The standard of property details was superb, complemented by Sophie’s excellent professional photographs. We felt well informed and well supported throughout the whole process, which included Rob keeping a longer-than-average, and at times distinctly wobbly chain intact, through to exchange and completion. Ewe Move offers an excellent, risk-free service that, we believe, surpasses anything else offered in the marketplace.

We genuinely couldn’t have moved without Mark and team, a tricky shared ownership sale on our old property which elongated the sales process unnecessarily. Mark not only helped with the shared ownership housing association (who were absolute nightmares!), but also helped make sure that our sellers remained patient with us so that we didn’t lose the sale. The whole team at Ewemove are fantastic to deal with, and worlds apart from the service you get from a bigger estate agent. I have recommended Mark and the team to everyone I know who are thinking about moving, a first class service.

We viewed several houses & bought our new property through EweMove and I have to say their service, dedication and customer care really is second to none. Certainly, far better than the service received from the agent we sold our house though. EweMove were there every step of the way to help guide us through and nothing was a problem or issue, they were happy to help anyway they could (even while away on holiday!). Every element of the service that we have been provided with by EweMove has been superb. The professionalism and honesty from Mark has been invaluable at what is always a very stressful time. Not your "typical" estate agent! If you're thinking of moving house, I implore you to get in touch with Rob & Mark... We had originally advertised our property with a couple of "typical" local (and national) estate agents, but incorrectly qualified buyers led to a sale that fell through, followed by frustration & tears. What a great estate agents to do business with. Myself and my partner were always kept in the loop, as communication was top notch. With a charming and professional approach, I literally couldn’t fault them once throughout the whole process. I felt throughtout the whole process of buying our first house like I was a valued customer and not just a number. EweMove managed to sort queries out that we had and always went above and beyond. I literally couldn’t recommend them highly enough. When we come to sell our property, I would definitely not look any further that them. 10/10. 5 stars.
