Rob from Ewemove in Chimeham was the Estate Agent acting for the vendors of a house we purchased earlier this year. Given this exchange took place in the middle of a global pandemic and stamp duty freeze - it was set to be a daunting time for me and my family. Robert was really helpful in the sale of my house, being more realistic than other estate agents about the price, taking better photos, and making really helpful suggestions about showing the house in its best light, which many other companies surprisingly don't bother with. During the sale process Robert continued to be very helpful, liaising with the solicitors and buyers to speed things up.
