Great to find an honest and experienced agent. Rob knows the area, and gave a realistic valuation. He was ready to communicate with, and when we lost the FTB at the bottom of the chain, he leapt in to find a replacement. Highly recommended.

Brad was fantastic from start to finish with the sale of our house. We had a couple of false starts, but he was always responsive, quick to action, calm and patient. He understood the market in our area and our specific requirements in finding a new house. I've recommended Brad to family members who are now using him to sell their property.
