I’ve been really impressed with the service Ewe Move provided. Mark quickly arranged a last minute viewing (and I may have missed this property if the team had not been so accommodating). He then made himself available to speak late on a Sunday evening to discuss my offer. Whenever I’ve had questions or needed recommendations Mark was extremely quick to respond. Where do we start?! This company are absolutely incredible! We were not expecting to sell, we were just interested in a valuation as we are due to get married in March. However Mark and his team made us feel so at ease and told us that we could easily do it. I was very anxious about this as it thought it was too much to take on. Not only did Mark answer his phone at stupid o clock at night/morning to me because I kept worrying about things he made the whole process so smooth. A big thank Ewe. For me this was the first time that I had ever sold a property and was very unsure of what estate agent and option to use, until I meet with Rob from Ewe Move, he presented me with a lot of information about properties that had recently sold in my area, the way Ewe Move operate, their charge's and much more, I was so impressed that I signed up with Ewe move there & then, Rob took some excellent photo's both inside & out (no waiting several days for a photographer) which I was invited to view at their office later that day, by 5pm my property was for sale on the net, one week later it was sold for the full asking price. Both Rob & Mark was in regular contact with me throughout keeping me updated with the progress of the sale. From my own personal experience I cannot fault Ewe Move in any way and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We couldn't fault Grant at EWE, the pictures of the property were excellent and the open day we had bought plenty of viewings and got us 10,000 above the guide price. Grant has continued to ensure everyone is updated during the selling process and happily chased solictors when needed. I would recommend EWE. Hopefully I won't move again, however if I did I would definitely use them again.

We had a really fantastic service from ewe move, Basingstoke especially from Grant. Although we were the buyers and Grant worked for the sellers he still made every effort to keep us informed about the whole process. Very pleased with their professional and polite service and topped off by personally meeting us on the day of completion with the key! Would certainly use them in the future!
