Mark and Rob have been brilliant in all elements of selling my house from the first meeting, the great photographs and 3D plan to knowing that I can get on with moving into my new house on moving day next week whilst they meet my homes new owner. Extremely friendly and approachable they have been on hand whenever I had a question and sold my house the day after the open day which was a week after it going on the market. I can't recommend them enough.

Grant has worked tirelessly with us and all the potential buyers. He was in constant contact and made a potentially horrible task of selling a house into an easy one. Not your "typical" estate agent! If you're thinking of moving house, I implore you to get in touch with Rob & Mark... We had originally advertised our property with a couple of "typical" local (and national) estate agents, but incorrectly qualified buyers led to a sale that fell through, followed by frustration & tears. Smooth and easy. We thought about going through an online agent - they're cheap, etc - but you do get what you pay for and the reviews were very discouraging. I invited three estate agents to price up the house and I chose Mark at Ewemove for his knowledge and honesty. Our house went on the market on the Friday, first viewing on the Wednesday and sold to them on the following Friday - all done within a week! The marketing and photos were superb, we were able to comment and adjust to our satisfaction. The communication has been excellent, at no point did we feel out of touch and our questions were always answered quickly. We have been lucky as it's been a very small chain but even so Mark had to communicate with the other estate agent we were buying through and talk with both sets of solicitors. Selling a house isn't a straightforward business and if you're not someone who does it regularly then Ewemove makes the process smooth and trouble free.
