Could not rate Ewemove anymore highly! Start to finish superb service. We originally had a very pushy, negative and rude experience with another estate agent that we decided not to sell our house, until we were recommended Ewemove. They were supportive, positive and realistic about our options, but always considered our opinions. We put the house up on the Friday and it was sold the following Thursday. The only Estate agents you need! We have recently sold our house through EweMove Basingstoke, and couldn’t speak higher of our agent Bradley. From our initial consultation to the moving day, Brad has been amazing. Previously with other agents we have found that communication seems to be an issue. However Brad kept us informed every step of the way. The advert, pictures and price Brad advised for the house, was spot on. He gave us guidance on how to get the best from the house prior to viewings. The virtual tour that was carried out of the house was amazing, I’ve seen a fair few and Brad’s video gave a really good insight into the feel of the house. From the first time I met Mark I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and the way he conducted himself. This gave me the confidence to believe Ewe Move would be the right estate agent to sell our home. I must be honest and say I wasn’t looking forward to finding an estate agent because of bad previous experiences we’ve had when moving house but Mark and his team have renewed my lost faith! We weren’t disappointed. We were kept up to date and informed as we progressed from start to finish. I liked the easy contact via WhatsApp and Mark was always quick to respond to any of my queries this way but also took my calls if I phoned. He also suggested a solicitor we could use and yes he was really good too. Very professional, friendly and efficient. Grant arranged loads of viewings and gave us a very detailed breakdown of the situations of each buyer so that we could make the best decision. He was also very easy to get hold of and was constantly in contact with updates throughout the process. Would definitely use Ewemove again.

If I could give 10 stars, I am not sure if this would be enough, to describe how wonderful services Eve Move provided from the very beginning to the last moment of this transaction. We are very happy in our new home, and we know that this has happened only becusae the best person (Mark) was helping us. We were very unlucky because we had the worst ever solicitors you can imagine, and this transaction was very difficult due to the lack of communication from them (our solicitors), but was successful at the end, only because Mark was helping us with chasing them, even if this was something outside of his responsibilty, he was helping like a friend rather than for business purposes only. We can't express how grateful we are, we had the best property Agent in the world! Very polite, proffessional and extremely helpful person. If we will buying/selling property in the future, as we don't know what future will bring to us, we will be definately contacting Mark's agency (asking for Mark :D), because the whole service and our cooperation was much more than we could expect and ask for. I would highly recommend Ewemove. They were always really responsive, and provided honest and realistic advice. Everyone we engaged with from Ewemove was super friendly and helpful, and the quality of their marketing literature really helped sell our house very quickly. Unfortunately our transaction never completed (through no fault of Ewemove's), but when we want to sell our house again in the future, they will be our first port of call.

We dealt with Rob on the purchase and sale of our property. He was great, went above expectations finding us a property and sold ours within a short space of time.
