This is the second review I've left Ewemove, and yet again a 5* recommendation. Should be 6*! Yet again proving themselves as the best Estate/Property agents we’ve ever used. Both Robert and Mark were outstanding, and I'll certainly be using them for every property purchase/sale I ever do going forward. Brilliant comms and excellent customer service from people who genuinely care. They went out of their way multiple times to get our purchase done on our timeline. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Mark was brilliant - Non patronising or smarmy, was honest with what he thought out house could sell for and also gave us local market information to back up his opinion. Spoke to both my Husband and I equally (unlike other local patronising Agents who were pretty sexist) and also gave us genuine advice as to what we needed to change to maximise the attractiveness of our property. The photos and videos were excellent quality - Throughout the entire process Mark did what he said he would - no hidden costs, no lies, complete honesty. The result? Our house sold within 2 weeks of being on the market and we didn't even need an open house. Our buyer is absolutely lovely (not that it really matters, but even so - it's nice to think the birds will still be fed and the hedgehogs will still have a home!) and we're so happy with how Mark supported us throughout the entire process. Seriously don't go anywhere else - EweMove may not be the cheapest out there but the quality of photos, videos and their people is excellent and they made a very stressful experience as pleasant as possible.

Grant handled the sale very well. He set up a WhatsApp group so he, my husband and I could communicate speedily, which was a great help in getting queries answered quickly. He was also quick to respond to our requests. The property was marketed well and we got a lot of offers from the ‘Open house’ viewing day, which meant the sale was able to progress quickly.
