Balgores were very professional in their service and once the sales team had sold the property then they have a lovely young lady who follows the sale alongside the solicitors and helps in any way she can. very good service and would defiantly recommended to anyone. I highly reccomend Balgores if you are looking to let a property! Masum was the consultant who showed me round the property, answered all my questions in confidence and was just generally a joy to talk to. I was able to get my references completed within a 4 days with no delays on my chosen move in date. paul and Emily were great help when Masum was away from his desk whenever I called in, not many agents have a team that work so closely together.

I have recently moved in to a rental property through Balgores Basildon, The service is very good. Employees are very co operative and polite especially Masum Miah. He has done all the paper work with in short span and handed over the house key on time. we have moved n to the house without any hassle. Masum was the agent who showed me a few flats after working hours, he was very patient and made sure I left with a complete understanding of what is required to rent a property. Masum showed a lot of pride and care in myself as he moved me in within a week of deciding on a flat and met all demands. Paul and Emily were always happy to help when I would call or if I needed updating and Masum was not available
