Earlier this year we decided to sell our first home in Langdon Hills to upsize. We contacted a few estate agents but Dan Ismail from Balgores Basildon blew us away with his knowledge on Langdon Hills. Dan was professional yet friendly from the get go, within a couple of days our house was on Rightmove and was sold the same weekend for over asking price. Once our house was sold, it was time to start looking at houses to purchase.
