Chose Lovelle because they were median in terms of fees, median in terms of suggested valuation and, walking around Barton they had a lot of “Sold” signs. They obviously knew the market and took the time to explain how they arrived at their suggested price and marketing strategy They marketed the property in a favourable way, showing it to best effect. Sorted an EPC for me. Conducted several viewings within days of listing the property and we received an acceptable offer within 9 days of listing. Thereafter, they provided weekly reports of progress and importantly chased down any issues as they arose. Choosing an estate agent is one of the most important decisions and I am very happy with my choice. Living several hundred miles from the property the team facilitated everything in a friendly and helpful manner and were very effective.

Great service from Lovelle during my recent property purchase.
