I've had mixed experiences with estate and lettings agents over the years, so my positive, easy interaction with Oulsnam's was a pleasant surprise. Charlotte Smith looked after the letting process for me - brilliant service from day one to moving in. My emails and requests were dealt with promptly and efficiently. I asked if it was possible to have an additional power point installed in the kitchen prior to moving in, and lo and behold, it was done. A small request maybe, but I don't know if I have ever experienced a request being complete upon moving in to a private letting. Everything else in terms of contracts being signed etc. was quick and easy. Staff were friendly at every point - in the office, and on site for viewings (thanks Charlotte and colleagues). A breath of fresh air.
