I can honestly say that the whole team at Oulsnam’s in Barnt Green have been absolutely fantastic. My application from start to finish was overlooked by an extremely supportive and helpful young lady named Chrystalla who has a bright future ahead of her. No return calls or emails, no real care, advertising property’s that have been taken for some time… quite honestly in my experience it was becoming a very painful and soul destroying process.
