Brad Hansford at Meyers Shaftesbury has been absolutely fantastic! A real professional with a proper work ethic, and also employs a truly excellent photographer, not some bloke who comes in and just points and shoots. We’d used two different ‘traditional’ estate agents and had two sales fall through. Woefully witless, and seemingly stupid. The lack of attention to detail, general indifference and frankly - dishonesty - from them was most unprofessional. We decided to change tack and went with Brad, it was like night and day! We got instant feedback at the end of every viewing as well as information about viewres. He chased up the solicitors and estate agents of our buyers and the others in the chain so we were kept fully informed at every step, without us having to chase or chivvy for a scrap of information. Went on the market in April, got an offer at the asking price within a fortnight, and have completed today. In this market- I think that’s one heck of a good result.
