Excellent service with a smile
Moved to Devon for work so finding somewhere to rent had to happen quickly. Jess and Jen were not only helpful, but resourceful and creative about making things happen. Not only did they find us somewhere fast, but they found us exactly what we were looking for. I cannot praise them enough for this, Very happy and grateful for the extra mile they went.

Excellent service
We were so impressed with the service provided. Amanda was so helpful and professional from start to finish. I would definately recommend Bond Oxborough. We felt that careful consideration when sending the correct potential buyers insured we did not have time wasters coming out for viewings. This ensured that we had a very quick sale. The Staff were very efficient when it came to feed back and also any queries or problems that we came up against.

Both Jess Smaldon & her colleague Jeanette have been absolutely fantastic!
I went to Jess on recommendation and was extremely pleased I did! Both Jess & her colleague Jeanette made what could have been a very stressful & complicated thing, into a very easy & stressless process! Jess was amazing from start to finish and has helped endlessly with any queries/problems. I am entirely happy with everything they have done for us and would certainly recommend BOP & Jess to any friends or family. Thank You all very much!

A clear and professional service for landlords.
I have used Bond Oxborough Phillips for a number of years and have never been disappointed with the service. The lettings manager Jess Smaldon is professional and down to earth. She has made the process of letting my property easy and stress free. Her team keep me up to date, they are always on hand and I feel that my property is in safe hands. A professional & reliable service in every way.
I had instructed Bond Oxbororough Phillips initially to sell my Fremington apartment & recently decided to instruct their Lettings department to let instead. Their Letting Managers advice & subsequent handling of matters has been excellent & ensured that all aspects relating to the matter progressed quickly & efficiently to what seems to have resulted in a quick & satisfactory let to suitable tenants
