We had Jenni as our estate agent and from the get go she was fantastic. Speedy replies and on the ball with everything. We had a mare with our sale and purchase with it falling through the first time around due to someone pulling out of the chain and Jenni did everything she could to make it so that we could sell and get our dream home. Map estate agent's i couldn't recommend enough, they are the best, most grounded agent we've ever had. Our first experience with a different agent 4 years ago wasn't the best so we were very sceptical on who we chose. Jenni, Andy and all the team at Map are friendly and kind nothing is too much for them. They made us feel really at ease throughout the whole moving process. Our Moving process did turn out to be quite stressful as our chain fell through and then we had to find another buy but Map did all the leg work, fought our corner and im pleased to say we moved into our dream house yesterday. Truly couldn't be more pleased, every single member of the team who we met at properties, who did viewings at our home and who we spoke to on the phone were amazing. Go with Map you wont regret it!
