Moving house can be very stressful at the best of times and so it is important you work with estate agents that are proactive and engaged. MAP have been brilliant from the outset. We had a long chain which meant aligning everyone has been hard work but MAP (and in particular Tracy) were proactive and made sure that everything kept moving and that we were kept updated. We were not disappointed, our point of contact was Andrew McKnight and right from the “get go” he was continually keeping us updated on the progress of our sale. Even when the buyer pulled out due to personal reasons he kept in touch with them which paid dividends as when their situation changed he managed to get the move back on track.
