A diamond of an experience
Wow! A fantastic trouble free service from the moment I walked through the door. A Lovely welcome from Becky who was always 'in the loop' And Luke attended my late mums house for the valuation and was extremely polite and throughout the whole process was very accommodating to our needs. Norman attended all the viewings and was an absolute gentleman throughout. The photos of mums house were beautiful and showed the love and happiness from within. Luke, Norman and Becky assured us that we leave it all to them and they will deal with everything, which we did and it went smoothly for us. Luke, Norman and Becky dealt with all the pics, energy readings, viewings, solicitors and all the crap in between. They sorted things out and gave us update all the time. We were so very impressed with this professional firm. They don't heavy sell, tell you to de personalise your home, walk around the house saying what people will do when they move in, stand outside your home looking at the roof and surrounds whilst you stand at the front door without introducing themselves or act like they are doing you a favour by going with them!! (I think you know the agent in the high street).. Lancasters are Banstead! They know the people, the houses, they are the community. The paperwork was immaculate and not complicated and overall an amazing and pleasurable experience throughout a very difficult and emotional time for my family. Can't wait to sell my house now and buy another one, through Luke of Lancasters of course
