From the first visit they were clear on what they were offering and kept those promises. They accompanied our viewers but kept us informed and reported back after every one. They liaised with our solicitor and smoothed over some stressful moments towards the end. The property was well advertised and it was sold in a very reasonable time. We would highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the service received from the Property People. All queries were answered promptly and I was kept up to date with progress at all times. Buying and selling houses is very stressful, but they definitely eased the stress rather than adding to it. I have used this company in the past, and will definitely use them again.

Having rented the property through williams & goodwins, I have received a lot of helps ranged from minor to major problems. Although I had an advantage to live near the office, any enquiries through a phone call was quick and easy and they helped their best to sort my problems as soon as possible.
