I chose Belvoir after an extensive review of local Estate Agents and their services. Belvoir vetted a number of tenants for me and offered a complete maangement service whereby if there were any issues that arose either with the property or with the tenants they would resolve them. Their fee was also competitive. Throughout the following three years they have managed the property in an efficient manner and I have had few if any occasions to be concerned about my property.
