I dealt with Northwood during a very prolonged sale process which threatened to collapse on more than one occasion. Jonathon in particular was very tenacious and committed to keeping it all on track in the lower chain and in the end everybody involved got the result they wanted.

The customer service at Northwood was excellent! Monica dealt with our request and she was superb, helpful and responsive! The flat was in a very good state and beautifully decorated. We are very happy so far!

We sold both properties through Northwood in order to buy one larger one. It was a complex sale with 2 chains on both houses, however Jonathan and Holly did their best to make the process as easy as possible. We decided to use Northwood after we were very impressed with Holly who showed us a potential purchase property before we were on the market. Her calm and down to earth manner was really refreshing and I knew we would be in safe hands. Thank you Holly and Jonathan for all your help.

Very supportive and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone that is moving house and flats. Couldn't have had a better moving process than this. 10 out of 10.
