Have now worked with Raphael for almost 10 years, my experiences have been nothing but good. Pro-active, quick to respond and takes the initiative. A pleasure working with, particularly in direct comparison to some of the alternate companies with whom I have regularly had bad experiences - this has not been the case and will definitely work with Houseman Properties for all my rental/letting needs in the future.

Stayed with the team for three years. Highly professional and they know the ins and outs of managing a property which made things straight forward. Checkin was smooth and handled over the video. Any amendments were made and the team is very responsive. Checkout was also smooth and communication is excellent. I would encourage greater flexibility when renewing contracts when tenants are looking to shift.

We have worked with Emma and Raphael from Houseman for 8 years and in that time we have found them extremely responsive, acting responsibly on behalf of the tenants and the landlords be it moving in, moving out or issues that occur during the tenancy. They have very good relations with the contractors they use and can always be relied upon to take a pragmatic view around any issues that crop up. Trust is a word that sometimes gets forgotten in this area, but not here.

I stumbled upon Houseman Properties advertising a 2 bed rental property late summer. Arranged a viewing and was astonished it was a 1:1 appointment. Met with Raphael and the tenant for viewing. From this first visit to moving in Raphael & Emma were extremely helpful, professional and detailed. Everything fell into place quickly efficiently and simply. I was supported through out, all my questions quickly followed up and answered and including awkward questions too were dealt with ease. Move-in was made with ease and follow ups were dealt with professionally with a lot of empathy. All matters were just taken care of. Absolutely amazing! Raphael and Emma both make a wonderful team and are professional, friendly respectful of individual needs and very supportive .
