From the minute we contacted their office they had a potential buyer lined up and our house was pretty much sold before they had even posted the advert! Throughout the whole experience which was made quite complicated by other members of the chain, they were always willing to help and act as go betweens to speed the process on. Lu kept us informed every step of the way and often did the job of other estate agents to make sure everybody in the chain knew where they stood. Great letting company, I enquired about a property over the phone and they couldn’t of been more helpful and lovely, unfortunately the property didn’t meet my requirements but would recommend to anyone who is looking to rent in the Banbury area

Lovely boss, quick and efficient team. Any problems reported via their problem-reporting portal were dealt with quickly. Fair pricing, and received full deposit after the end of my tenancy. Only gripe is that sometimes they forgot to tell me about viewing appointments until the same day, but this was never an issue for me.
