Leah has genuinely been so unbelievably helpful throughout my whole process, from viewing to renting! I emailed the office about a property I was interested in and asked if I could book a viewing, I got a pretty instant response with dates and times and was booked in for the next day. Looking around the property, it was obviously a well kept and looked after space. I registered my interest and immediately got a response with the next steps (referencing etc.). Majority of the process after the initial viewing was online so it was very straightforward and efficient, however, I had a few questions along the way and Leah was consistently providing reassurance where it was needed. I had to go into the office at one stage to look over some documents and it was a very welcoming environment, I would definitely say from the start I was made to feel like my comfortability was priority by Leah and the Martin&Co team.
