Once again Emma Procter and her team in Balham worked wonders at a particularly difficult time of year (November). What impressed me most was the company's ability to network my property details to other offices...( Northcote road) who quickly and efficiently obtained new tenants. It is this attention to detail that has ensured i shall continue to remain a client for a 12th consecutive year.

I've used Marsh & Parsons letting Service twice in the last two months and found it extremely efficient, fast, and helpful. Emma Proctor arranged new tenants for both properties in record time, and secured tenancy agreements that we were all very happy with. She's an excellent negotiator, and the best Lettings Manager I've ever had the pleasure to work with.

Outstanding professionalism from Marsh & Parsons Balham office

Perseverance and professionalism characterise the work by Balham sales manager Laura and sales negotiator Oliver Mason to achieve the successful sale of our property for full asking price. Throughout the ups and downs of the past months in a tricky market Laura and Oliver have remained upbeat and positive. They recognised the true value of our property where others were proposing compromise. I cannot rate their levels of communication, follow up and support more highly. Great experience selling my flat

Laura and the team at Marsh & Parsons have been great and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. They didn’t give me the highest valuation of all the agents I met but when I asked them about this their response gave me confidence they knew what they were talking about and were working in my best interests rather than just to get to stock on their books. Through the viewings, offer and sale process I’ve had a very positive experience which has enable me to move in the timeframes I wanted. Oliver has been friendly, polite and extremely efficient through out the purchase of our property. He kept us informed with the all the latest updates and by keeping us in the picture made the transaction really stress free. Oliver answered all my questions (and I asked plenty) but nothing was ever too much bother. Would recommend to a friend

We had a very positive experience of M&P Clapham South. They worked hard to get plenty of viewings through the door in a slow market. Dom was helpful throughout. I would recommend them to a friend.

Awful experience

They were dealing with our checkout and emailed us one day saying the landlord wants to keep your deposit (over £2000!) so can you please confirm this is ok. We were baffled as we had been expecting to get the whole lot back having left the flat in good condition and paid £240 through Marsh and Parsons to get a professional clean. We said no and what were the reasons. We were given a list which included nails and 'structures' in the walls, a bathroom fan not working and a stain on the carpet - all of which were on the check IN report! We explained this but got nowhere so I went to TDS as obviously the landlord and agent were chancing their arm. The agent even put that the place hadn't been cleaned TWICE on their response to TDS, despite us having booked the pro clean through them, and numerous other ridiculous and made up claims. Needless to say we got our entire deposit back less £50 for nails (which were actually there before - we aren't dumb enough to put nails in a rented flat - but we couldn't be bothered fighting it). Mostly disgusted with the scummy greedy landlord but the agency should have looked at the check in report and put a stop to it and avoid putting us through the unnecessary stress they did.
