Brilliant. We bought our house through them in 2012 and they could not have done more to facilitate the process. The vendor was out of the country which looked like it may slow things down with the solicitors, so Alan (the proprietor of the agency) underwrote the vendor's conveyancing fees until she could return - thus allowing things to start happening. As a couple of other tricky issues arose with the conveyancing again, Alan stepped in to do everything he could to keep things progressing. Great communication, lovely members of staff and they helped us get our dream home. If we were ever to sell I would definitely use Satchells.
