The Baldock office gives professional, knowledgeable, friendly, personalised service. Always available by phone or email and responded very quickly to any questions. Sonia and her team in the Baldock and Ashwell branches of Country Properties were fantastic. My family and I were obliged to sell our home and relocate following a death in the family. Sonia and the CP staff could not have been more supportive, kind or compassionate. They were very sensitive to our needs as a family and went out of their way to provide every assistance needed. When deciding to sell my house I made an initial mistake of going with another agent. After several fruitless months I changed to Country Properties. It was like chalk and cheese. Every member of staff who would have any involvement in the selling of my property came to my house to get first hand knowledge. I was also given verbal feedback quickly after each viewing. Something I had to chase with the previous agent. One buyer was found but unfortunately his chain broke down. The staff at CP remained upbeat and arranged more viewings. A second buyer arrived and by that time we had found our dream home. Helen offered to negotiate on our behalf and achieved a massive reduction. I was well impressed. Suggestions and recommendations were given and taken up for solicitors, removal companies and a surveyor. Excellent choices. All the staff worked tirelessly during a difficult stage of exchange and completion. We moved on the 13 th of December thanks to the dedication and professionalism of all the staff at Country properties. I cannot thank or recommend them enough.
