Matthew visited us and gave us great advice as to the likely selling price and he was spot on! He also took lots of great photos for our brochure. The property was listed on their 'forthcoming properties' website (great idea) and we immediately had three viewings. The third viewing submitted an offer which was accepted. The following day our property was listed on Rightmove - so technically it sold in minus one day! The sale involved very challenging timescales and there were a number of issues to solve before exchange of contracts. Irma worked tirelessly throughout liaising almost daily with three conveyancers and keeping us up to date on developments. The Team in Baldock including Michelle also worked hard to get the ball 'over the line'. We had exceptional service from Irma and her team and can highly recommend them.
