Recently I rented a property through Martin & Co. From the initial setting up of the viewing right through to receiving our keys the process was easy and we were kept informed every step of the way. Helen helped us through the application stage and was readily available to answer any questions we had. Nothing was too much trouble. We have rented previously but I have to say the service was above and beyond. Within weeks our application and referencing was complete, our lease was signed and we were moving in. Thank you Helen and Martin & Co. Highly recommend.

Helen went above and beyond to help us through an unfamiliar process as we were coming from Canada. Where other agencies weren't so keen to help us, Martin & Co treated us with kindness, patience and compassion. Definitely recommend.

The team were great - helpful with getting all the required paperwork together and very patient with us. We did a lot of the admin online, which was convenient and saved us time and travel. Our agent Helen was very welcoming and explained everything to us. And they also gave us a lovely little welcome box for our new home! Definitely had a more personal approach than other agents we've dealt with.

My partner and I had the most wonderful experience with Martin & Co Ayr Letting in obtaining a rental property in Prestwick town. Helen, Zak and their team were outstanding in getting everything done efficiently and effectively from viewing the apartment to signing documents off. They assisted us throughout every step of the way while maintaining a positive and professional air with us. I was also quite surprised and pleased with the little gift I got when I went to collect the keys. It was a nice touch to customer service and also refreshing to see so much care from a letting agency. Thank you!
