I am a local business owner and supplier of services to Martin & Co in Ayr. Kas and his team are great to do business with and I always find their office a positive place to visit. In any business relationship issues will arise, these are dealt with in a mature and professional manner.

As a landlady the young ladies who run the Ayr branch of Martin and Co are very helpful. With their knowledge and expertise of finding nice tenants. If there are problems with maintenance they have a network of trusted tradesmen/ women to call upon.

Our family of three rented a house in January 2022. This company handled the process and will continue to supply management and maintenance services during our stay. Even though the process of renting was remarkably slow, that had nothing to do with the company, but rather reflects the system in the UK. So far as I can say, the company handled the process efficiently and was helpful when needed. Three weeks in our new home, I can say their maintenance services have also worked well, as a couple of minor issues were taken care of promptly. Please note that for me four stars means very good rating, while I reserve five stars for special and outstanding cases. Therefore, my rating shows that I am very happy with this company.

Because I live in Australia much of the time it is reassuring to have a dependable agent to manage the rental of my cottage. They are always helpful and willing to go the extra mile.

Had a poor experience with this place. One of the staff had a very unfortunate manner on the phone and it didn't go down well with me at all. They also couldn't be bothered to reply to the 6 or 7 emails sent to them over a period of several months and had to be repeatedly hastened. It was clear they couldn't be bothered. So glad I'll never have to deal with them ever again.
