Agent Jamie Martin was very professional, was available every time I had any questions, explained to me everything very clear, had a clear vision how to handle things and I think he managed one of the quickest sales on the market. From a tenant's perspective, they've been really decent - night and day compared to my previous letting agents in Glasgow. We were in a flat managed by them for just shy of 4 years, so there's always going to be bits and pieces needing sorted over that kind of time frame. Found them to be easy to get a hold of, transparent and good at getting stuff addressed when we raised it.
