We have recently completed our house sale and we're very pleased with the service given by both the Ashwell and Baldock offices who work in conjunction with each other Paul Pocock the manager of Ashwell did our valuation and arranged for a very good professional photographer to take pictures of our property .... resulting in a buyer within the first few days ! The Baldock office headed by Sonia also gave us excellent service The whole team could not be faulted and we thank them for all their dedicated work Highly recommended...certainly glad we chose them 😀

Unhelpful and disinterested

When searching for a house in Ashwell we contacted the agents. We gave our details and what we were looking for. Not once did they send details of any house. When we were negotiating for a house it got to 4pm on a Saturday and the agent suggested we call back on Monday to finish the deal! In the end we went straight to the vendor and dealt with them directly. Totally hopeless
