We all know that buying a property is complicated and at times nerve-wracking, well, it turns out that buying a Grade II listed property is even more complicated, but we were expertly (and kindly) guided through this process last yer by Laura and her colleagues. Help was always forthcoming, clarifications made (umpteen of them) speedily and liaison between us and the vendors was managed very well.
