From the outset Mike was reassuring and very honest with us about the current state of the market. He prices the house to sell which it did within 2 weeks. Each week Rachael would call with an update and we were completed within 5 months. After deciding to move Mike came round and valued the house,he explained everything to do with the pricing very thoroughly ,he then created our brochure for our home sale, which made it look great and we were very pleased with the way it showed our home. Ashtons did a great job all round. Joshua went into great detail regarding the valuation as well as some great social media shots of our house which painted it on a fantastic light. He also worked with our eventual buyer to bring their offer up to his valuation. Grace then took over the rest of the process and was great at communicating where everyone in the chain was with everything allowing me to stay informed.
