I put my house on the market with Jackson-Stops, Dorking around January 2024 but it didn't go actually live on the market until 1st May 2024. In November 2024 a purchaser came around a couple of times and made me an offer for which I accepted. The whole process to exchange and completion took less than 16 weeks as I moved out of the property on 24th February 2025. I had initially written off two years to sell the property (so May 2026) and was absolutely amazed / gobsmacked that it went through so quickly. I have never sold a house before in absolute record time.
