Craig,Kerry and Ed was amazing and was so supportive . We didn’t have the easiest of house sales and they was there at the end of the phone trying to resolve the problems . Would highly recommend Horizon if you are looking to buy or sell a house 100%

After what felt a lifetime, 2 years later we are finally moved. During this time horizon estate agents really did a great job! Big shout out to Kerry! Nothing was ever a problem, the amount of times I spoke with her and the team was crazy but never felt it was an issue. Obviously time meant I was known in the office and even when Kerry wasn’t in I was able to speak to anyone and they knew the situation and had an update. Moving was SLOW but this wasn’t due to Horizon but another online estate agent. Yes online maybe cheaper, but they don’t have the driving force behind them to push a sale through and follow it through to completion. I can vouch for this! So a big thank you to you all! Friendly staff. Good price

We were with Purple Bricks for 6 months, and only had a few viewings. One day Ed from Horizon Estate agents knocked on our door. He said "he had noticed our house was still up for sale after quite a while with Purple Bricks, and could he have a 5 minute chat about our property". After talking to Ed for a short while, we decided to change over to Horizon Estate agents. The new board went up and within hours we had our first viewing. Within 3 days we had more viewings than we had with purple bricks in months. At the end of the Third day we have an offer too good to refuse. So after only three days Ed had sold our house for what we had asked for it. To say we were happy with Eds service through Horizon would be an understatement.
