Harry Johnson from Frost Ashford was the person who showed us around the property which we ended up buying. Harry is a young man who impressed my wife and I with his professionalism and his knowledge of the property he was showing us around. Harry is very respectful and mature for his young age. Once our offer was accepted Jeremy Boyle then liaised with us. Jeremy was brilliant! He made us feel extremely comfortable in the knowledge that we could ring him and ask him for updates and he would liaise with our solicitor and get back to us immediately, in many cases quicker that our solicitor would. Then Andy from Frost Ashford contacted me and kept me updated with everything in the last couple of weeks of our purchase. All in all, our whole experience with Frost, Ashford, from start to finish was brilliant and I intend to shout about it to everyone that I know!

Efficient, expert and friendly with it

Frosts actively supported me in the protracted and sometimes frustrating sale of my father’s house (after probate and in an area a long way from where I now live). They were unfailingly responsive, cheerful and polite throughout the process, including my occasional irritation when things seemed stuck. Alex, in particular, was very obviously experienced and knowledgeable, so he inspired my confidence and trust. He never ducked my awkward questions and he always reacted quickly to any query. When we finally achieved Exchange, his delight was genuine. Jamie (now at Feltham), Amy and later Andy all kept me regularly updated without the need for any nagging on my part, even when the news was gloomy. I can thoroughly recommend them.

I highly recommend The Frost Partnership in Chesham. I would like to personally thank Gemma Testa for all her help and assistance and being so caring whilst the purchase of my property went through.
