Frosts actively supported me in the protracted and sometimes frustrating sale of my father’s house (after probate and in an area a long way from where I now live). They were unfailingly responsive, cheerful and polite throughout the process, including my occasional irritation when things seemed stuck. Alex, in particular, was very obviously experienced and knowledgeable, so he inspired my confidence and trust. He never ducked my awkward questions and he always reacted quickly to any query. When we finally achieved Exchange, his delight was genuine. Jamie (now at Feltham), Amy and later Andy all kept me regularly updated without the need for any nagging on my part, even when the news was gloomy. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Alex, Jamie and Jeremy at the Frost Partnership Ashford were amazing throughout the whole process of selling my fathers house, which took many more months than expected. The initial valuation was carried out by Alex, who has an excellent knowledge of the area, and the subsequent marketing material was of a high standard. After securing a buyer the next few months were fraught with problems which Jamie, Jeremy and the team made far more bearable by keeping me up to date without me having to chase them. The final month of trying to complete the sale was extremely stressful but I felt at all times that the team were trying their absolute best to get me to completion. I'd like to thank them all very much for the wonderful service I received and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

This was the first time that I dealt with Frost Partnership, specifically the Ashford Branch. On my first viewing I met with Harry who showed me around the property in a very eloquent and professional manner. I was very surprised by the level of detail that Harry gave about the property, almost as if he had been living in it. After viewing the property, I asked Harry how long he had been with Frost partnership, and he told me that it was only his second day at the office. I was amazed by how much confidence and passion he showed, and I did not hesitate to tell his manager that Harry has great potential to reach the top someday. I was already quite interested in the property thanks to Harry; however, I arranged a second viewing so that my wife and son could also have a look around the property. Once again it was Harry who came around for the second viewing and he continued to impress with his astute knowledge of the property. My wife and son shared my interest for the property and we were all eager to proceed by making an offer for it. We wish Harry all the best for his career, and I am positive that he will do very well as he seems naturally gifted at his job. After the second viewing, I spoke with Alex White (Harry’s manager) in order to make an offer for the property; I was very happy with how calm and professional Alex was. During the exchange/completion phase I was given frequent updates regarding the status of the property by Alex and other members of the Frost Partnership team. All of them showed great professional flair and they had excellent communication with me throughout the procedure. In addition, Alex was very supportive as he helped me with the mortgage broker, solicitor, surveyor and the service pack team. Thanks to Alex and his team, every part of the procedure moved very swiftly, as Alex kept control over the situation and made sure to inform through every step. Furthermore, I instructed Alex to have keys for the house ready in time for my Wedding Anniversary, as I wanted this house to be a surprise for my wife. Alex worked very hard and showed determination to make this possible; because of his tremendous effort I was able to receive the keys exactly on my wedding anniversary and I was able to pleasantly surprise my wife, who was over the moon. The credit goes to Alex for showing amazing commitment and understanding of the task at hand, he did a fantastic job of making everything come together. All I can say about Alex and his team at Frost Partnership, is that they are very different than all the other Estate Agents. Unlike other estate agents they are not selfish, mean and unprofessional; instead they are extremely helpful and show that they possess a solid understanding about their customer and I would not hesitate to recommend Alex and his team. Finally, I would like Alex to carry on doing a brilliant job and I hope that he retains his team.

It was my first time buying a house and the Frost team were super smooth and helpful. I will most likely use them again when it comes to selling it as I've had it a while now and im looking for the next step up the ladder.
