We recently sold our house through The Frost Partnership , Ashford Branch. They kept us informed all along and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody at all. Shame we wasted 6 months with another local agent who were total waste of space. Such a shame we didn't find Frosts earlier

Having recently purchased a property in Amersham through The Frost Partnership, I am significantly indebted to Andrew Holdsworth, their agent acting on behalf of our vendor. It seems axiomatic to state that he was professional for, in my opinion, he went beyond the usual requirement for one in his role. At all times Andrew was diligent, knowledgeable, flexible, compassionate and innovative in what proved to be a purchase that could very easily have succumbed to the vagaries unique to our particular circumstances. Whilst we were not his clients directly he provided significant guidance and dealt with unforeseen complexities with grace and good humour. There is no doubt whatsoever that we would not have succeeded in the timescale necessary - and therefore perhaps even at all - had it not been for Andrew's committed endeavours on our behalf and moreover, no doubt, on behalf of his clients - even checking-in whilst on leave to provide insight to his colleagues who superbly perpetuated his vital input in his absence. I therefore would not hesitate to recommend Andrew Holdsworth and The Frost Partnership to anyone looking to sell or buy property in and around the town of Amersham.

Wendy helped find us the perfect house in the location we were after. Professional, courteous, and highly efficient throughout the process, making the whole process so much less stressful than it could have been. Now having to use another estate agent and greatly missing the service and expertise the team and Wendy provided! Great service from Frosts Burnham!

Fantastic from start to finish

Frost helped us sell our property and spent the time to explain everything to us at every stage. Their communication was impeccable and I knew I could pick the phone up or send an email at any time and they would get straight back to me. They went well beyond the call of duty, often liaising with our mortgage advisor and solicitor to ensure the process was running smoothly. I am so glad we went with Frost - I wouldn't consider going with anyone else now. Lydia in particular was superb - really friendly, helpful and hardworking. It felt like she really wanted to help us and wasn't just doing it because it was her job. We enjoyed working with Alex, too - he was very genuine and honest about the different houses we saw and was also very honest when explaining the pricing / value of our property.
