Very well pleased with how the process of buying my first home went. I dealt with Jamie and Kanika who have listened to my concerns, answered my queries and assisted with the whole process. They were super nice and helpful. I am convinced they are just as good when it comes to lettings/sales or any other property services. Would highly recommend.

As first-time buyers we had a great experience with Frost in Ashford, in particular Paige was always prompt, professional and unceasing in her efforts to make the sale go through in a timely manner and she was exceptional in wrangling the solicitors on both sides, pulling together all the required documents and making sure the sale went through smoothly. Having experienced disappointment in a previous attempted purchase it was extremely reassuring and uplifting to have such an efficient estate agent to take care of business and get the sale done promptly. Jamie and the team (and especially our dealings with Paige as well ) were nothing but professional and super helpful. My parents are approaching ninety years old and were moving to be near me. Jamie got a the price we wanted and was so patient as mum had so many questions through the process and wanted constant reassurance and I am sure drove him and team mad but they just helped with a nice down to earth nature and keep us well informed without having to keep chasing. -Thanks Team Jamie you were amazing and I would highly recommend Frosts Ashford.
