I feel so looked after! This was my first year seeking a flat to rent for myself via letting agents on RightMove. Of the several I interacted with, Martin & Co were by far the most prompt, professional, and it's no wonder I ended up signing a lease with them last month (Sept 2025). Their application process is encouragingly thorough, clear, and they were supportive each step of the way. When I signed the lease, they provided, again, such a thorough stack of info and resources for continued support during my lease, and they swiftly switched the services/bills etc on my behalf. When I discovered a problem with damp on an interior wall this month, they talked me through next steps, and within minutes of my replies, had notified my landlord and block manager to seek a resolution. Martin & Co has provided truly the most swift and considerate service in what's been a new and challenging time for me. Grateful for them and this flat!
