Excellent service over and above the expected
Flat was on with another agent who managed 3 viewings in 6 months. Moved to Bradley Bishop and within days they had masses of viewings and a buyer at the asking price within a few weeks. There was a problem in the flat and Richard from BB went down and got it sorted for me saving me a 2 hour trip each way, well over and above the duties I would expect of a sales agent... He really did go the extra mile. The whole experience was friendly, professional and with a quick result. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent staff
Searching for a house in Ashford, we often used the services of Bradley Bishop. We were particularly struck by how nice their staff were. We met Sian on several occasions and also Richard. Not only were they very helpful, but they were also genuinely interested in what they were doing. At all times, they tried to match what we wanted with what they had on offer. There was never any pressure nor an attempt to sell us something that didn't fit in with what we wanted. During viewings, their treatment of us was never condescending, but their advice suggested a real love for the work they were doing. If only other agents were half as good estate agency wouldn't have the awful reputation it has!
