Outstanding Service, Would Definitely Recommend
Friendly, proactive, informative and understanding. After dealing with a number of estate agents that fail to respond with crucial information, who don't call you back, and who you think don't always remember who you actually are, dealing with Deighton McKenzie was a breath of fresh air. With something as stressful as moving house, having an estate agent that you feel you can trust takes a lot of the hassle out of the situation. We will certainly be recommending them to friends.

Most helpful, down to earth EAs ever dealt with
Myself and husband found the property we are in the process of buying following a cold call to Deighton McKenzie. From the beginning, they have helped us make a decision to progress by providing unbiased and factual information with support from relevant contacts. Nothing has felt like too much trouble and as we are going to be new to the area, they have helped advise where to go / research - adding to our confidence in our decision Out of the many many EAs we have dealt with, Craig and Oliver have been a genuine breath of fresh air throughout this process. A breath of fresh air in estate agency!
I received updates from DM within an hour of every viewing and never needed to chase for news/feedback. The instant messaging app used by DM is great for communication and avoids missed calls. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Craig and Oliver. Although I hope I don't move house again for a while, I would definitely use them again to sell my house.

Great service, can't recommend highly enough.
I had a few different agents come round to value my property when I decided to sell but Deighton McKenzie stood out from the rest. They had a great knowledge of the local area and I was convinced they were the right company to market my property. They took care of all of the viewings and it wasn't long before I received an offer on my property (which was more than the asking price!!) The fees were really reasonable and service they provide is exceptional. Overall a great experience!

Brilliant service, great communication and advice
Ollie and Craig were great. They understood what I wanted from the sale of my house and tailored everything to suit my needs, they gave me guidance when I asked and were very quick to respond to any queries I had. Everything went smoothly and I would defiantly use them again.

Very pleased with service
Craig and Ollie were always quick to respond to queries, kept in frequent contact and provided an overall excellent service. So much better compared to my previous estate agent experience!

Reliable, proactive and friendly service
I was delighted with the service I received from Deighton McKenzie! They took care of all my viewings, there was excellent and responsive communication throughout and both Craig and Ollie and friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and proactive estate agent who does things differently!
