Lewis & Catherine are nothing short of excellent, they viewed my father's house with professionalism and respect even though it had definitely seen better days. They gave me options and explained them fully and helped guide me to the best possible outcome. No pushy sales or feeling like I was being forced into something I didn't want to do. All through the process, there was clear communication from them both. Even now with the house being finalised through an auction group they are letting me know what's happening and if there's anything I need to do. Unlike most estate agents they are always available when you need them and if they miss your call they get back to you as soon as possible (even when they went on holiday they were still checking in on the progress and keeping me up to date) If you want to know why a small family run business is better than the large companies consult ewe move. For starters Catherine and Lewis have been amazing estate agents and they weren’t even mine! They were the estate agents we were buying off! They were the most communicative estate agents I’ve ever worked with, they have WhatsApp to talk through which makes everything easier rather than constantly on emails. Their personal touches made us feel like we were friends rather than customers, they’ve raised the bar in estate agency standards. In my opinion they went above and beyond and were even chasing my buyers solicitors for us when no one could get in touch with them. Not that the plan is to ever move. Lewis and Catherine are extremely professional and have exceptional customer service skills. They are highly knowledgeable in their field and very accommodating. The option to be able to communicate with them via whatsapp outside of office hours was a real bonus. They explain things clearly and genuinely want to achieve the best possible result for you. Their photographs and write up were great and everything was done efficiently and with a clear explanation of timescales etc. In our case we ended up receiving an offer from a previous viewer via our previous agent before we could sell through them (through no fault of theirs, just timing) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you are trying to sell your house. I got Ewemove to take over and they were very proactive and genuinely invested in the sale from the start. The photos and content were very professional, they were available to communicate via WhatsApp or phone call whenever I needed anything. Very flexible, always happy to help with every stage of the process. We had a viewing the day after the property was launched to market, and proceeded to a sale from this viewing. On speaking to the buyers they said they had seen the previous listing and thought the photos made the house looks small and dark.
