Lewis and Catherine are extremely professional and have exceptional customer service skills. They are highly knowledgeable in their field and very accommodating. The option to be able to communicate with them via whatsapp outside of office hours was a real bonus. They explain things clearly and genuinely want to achieve the best possible result for you. Their photographs and write up were great and everything was done efficiently and with a clear explanation of timescales etc. In our case we ended up receiving an offer from a previous viewer via our previous agent before we could sell through them (through no fault of theirs, just timing) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you are trying to sell your house. I would certainly use them in the future. They're genuinely lovely people as well as professionals :)
