Kingshills Estate Agents, and particularly Stephen Grace, exceeded all expectations with their continual presence and perseverance. Stephen provided really superb customer service during our protracted sale process. He was always quick to respond and very good at following up with potential buyers. He was also able to give us good advice on selling and really helped us keep calm by steering us through the many barriers and frustrations that we encountered. We were repeatedly amazed by just how much information he was able to keep on top of. We can sincerely and wholeheartedly recommend him and Kingshills Estate Agents.

What else can I say other than absolutely fantastic. Right from the start Susan and David were supportive, enthuiastic and the best we had spoken to by far. Despite the whole process being a nightmare (nothing to do with us or Kingshills - the chain above and below) at no point did the service drop, if anything it just got better. Communication with them was first class, and absolutely nothing I could fault. If only other estate agents, solicitors, removal companies could follow their lead the whole process would be much simpler and stress free. If I was to move again (not any time soon!) I would have no hesitation using Kingshills again, and I would recommend them to anyone who asks. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience in renting through Kingshills. Their communication is excellent at every step of the way, all the paperwork is digital and easy to manage/navigate through, and there are extra services and attention to detail that aren’t provided by other estate agents such as utility set-up support. The whole process from offer to signature was completed within about 2 working days (if that!). Highly recommend!

I went on the hunt for a Real Estate Agent, for sale of my property in the summer of 2023. I had 5 local agents value my property. I eventually narrowed it down to two agents; Kingshills and another agent. Steve was down to earth and very honest about his opinion on the market and the value of my property. Not the forceful sale pitch others had given. In the first instance, I decided to go with the other agent purely due to their relationship with the new build I was purchasing. This was a very big mistake. Eventually due to the lack of communication, employee turnover and poor effort; I decided to reach out to Steve and move Agents. Steve instantly was willing to help, putting communication at the core of his business. A whatsapp group was created which allowed me to be in touch with the entire Kingshills team. This was perfect for me. Not only that; Kingshills marketing package was a notch above the rest, which included an amazing virtual walkthrough, along plenty of social media publishing. I am not going to lie, the sale and legal process was very rocky; but Steve coordinated with both solicitors to make sure that the sale didn’t fall through.
