Both Stephen’s, Katie and the team have been excellent through out the sale of our house, good communication at all stages, good knowledge of the market and fantastic quality of the pictures, video and drone images to promote our grounds. It helps to have reasonable costs but highly recommend these guys if you want a quality service through out, helped our move go relatively stress free.

I recently sold my property with Kingshill’s. Steve knew I was urgent to get ours up in the market as I had seen a house I wanted, Steve came round swiftly and did the photos and videos, these came back so quickly and was really impressed by the photos. A WhatsApp group was created from the get go to help discuss viewings etc which has been incredibly helpful as I work full time and it’s very hard to answer the phone. The house sold within 2 weeks, and the process after this was handled by Katie who answered my questions, and kept me informed of the process and chased on my behalf when required. We exchanged today and move next week! Everything with Kingshill’s moved pretty quickly, and Katie didn’t mind answer my (silly) questions and reassuring me each time.
